About Us. The experment

Rich, our founder has 16 years’ experience in property management and maintenance and left a high stress job in the corporate world after having a heart attack... Rich found over the years in dealing with contractors, that many are low quality, high priced and in many cases downright dishonest service.  Rich spent the last two years developing a model that would provide a service company that focused on obsessing over customer satisfaction, exceptional quality, and at a good value.  As a certified Scrum Master, Rich has applied a continuous improvement approach to Landscape design and installation.  The result is we have gotten really good really fast, in our short time we now manage over 22 properties, designed and installed dozens of waterwise landscaping.  Rich has built a team of professional craftsman that take pride in their work, obsess over high quality work, excellence in everything we do, and above all obsess over customer satisfaction.  Our team has grown from Rich with an idea, to nearly 10 strong, employing hard working, highly skilled craftsman, and support staff.  We are building a different kind of service company that obsess over customer service, and value to our customers.  Rich calls this the experiment.
